Responsibilities

We are currently seeking corporate litigators with 5 years or more of experience providing legal representation, including substantial court room experience. Ideal candidates will be comfortable with interviewing clients and witnesses, gathering documents, drafting pleadings, motions, responses and discovery. Candidate should be highly skilled in analyzing information and formulating case strategy. The ideal applicant should have a client base and a portable book of business of at least two hundred and fifty thousand dollars annually.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of legal and client facing experience, successfully handling Corporate Litigation.
  • Must be a member of the bar in New York State.
