Qualifications

We are seeking labor and employment law attorneys with 1-10 years of experience. Partner level attorneys should have at least ten years of experience and the ideal partner attorneys will have a portable book of business.

Experience representing clients before administrative agencies in employment-related claims and litigating on behalf of both management and employees is preferred. Successful candidates will have represented clients in a variety of federal, state, and local employment matters including, but not limited to representing clients before Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the New York State Division of Human Rights.  Candidates with experience in MSPB, FLSA, ADA, FMLA, ERISA and USERRA will be given preference. Experience representing employers is preferred.
