We are currently seeking attorneys with a strong emphasis on defense and mitigation relating to security clearance matters. Interested candidates must have Security Clearance law experience dealing with military members, federal employees, defense contractors, and administrative law experience before the Defense Office of Hearings and Appeals. This experience should include SF86 and SF85 document preparation and review, formulation of responses to Statement of Reasons, adjudication, hearings, and appeals before DOHA and other intelligence adjudicative agencies. In addition to strong writing skills, the applicant must be able to present and summarize cases, evaluate findings, develop strategies, gather evidence to formulate defense, and ascertain the facts of a case.
