Tully Rinckey PLLC, a successful full-service law firm with coast-to-coast offices, is seeking a Receptionist to join our team in our Albany office. This is an opportunity to join one of the fastest growing law firms in the country (rated by INC Magazine). The Receptionist is responsible for being an ambassador for our Albany headquarters by greeting clients, receiving deliveries, maintaining the office conference rooms, assisting visitors, attorneys and staff with a variety of special requests, and other tasks as may be assigned.


Specific Duties:

  • Greet clients and visitors; notify attorneys, management, and/or staff of their arrival in a timely manner;
  • Direct visitors to scheduled offices and ensure their needs are met;
  • Work with Information Technology team with regard to video teleconferencing connections;
  • Communicate with attorneys, management, and/or staff regarding a variety of inquires and requests for assistance;
  • Maintain photocopier machines by ensuring they are always stocked with paper;
  • Photocopy, scan, and fax documents as needed;
  • Maintain order and presentation of reception lobby including ensuring fresh coffee is always available; and
  • Assist with other clerical tasks as needed.
