Successful candidates will have the ability and drive to procure, cultivate, and sustain his/her own client base. The attorney should also have a portable book of business exceeding $300,000.00. We are currently seeking attorneys with at least 5 years' experience advising clients with regard to the following matters:
• Drafting of Wills and Trusts (including Medicaid, Special Needs, and Family Trusts);
• Living Wills;
• Heath Care Proxies and Powers of Attorney;
• Surrogate's Court Proceedings;
• Medicaid Planning preferred; and
• Real Estate experience preferred.
