We are seeking attorneys with 1-5 years of experience.
Experience representing clients before administrative agencies in employment-related claims and litigating on behalf of both management and employees is preferred. Successful candidates will represent clients in a variety of federal, state, and local employment matters including, but not limited to representing clients before Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the New York State Division of Human Rights. Candidates with experience in MSPB, FLSA, ADA, FMLA, ERISA and USERRA will be given preference.
