    Tully Rinckey PLLC, a full service law firm with ten offices nationwide, is seeking a Billing Clerk to join our finance team in Albany, NY.     The billing clerk will perform a variety of billing and Accounts Receivable duties within the firm’s Finance Department, to include: reviewing and producing invoices, handling attorney and client inquiries, processing and posting payments, posting credit card entries, processing municipal vouchers, reconciling accounts, and following up on past due balances. The billing clerk will also assist with outbound collection calls.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for the monthly billing cycle for attorneys relying heavily on firm billing software to generate invoices and the ability to update internal spreadsheets. Additionally, the billing clerk candidates should have advanced skills with Microsoft Excel.



    • Associate’s Degree in accounting or a related field.
    • Billing and collections experience is highly preferred.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite with advanced experience in Microsoft Excel.
    • One (1) year minimum of administrative or customer service experience.
    • Prior law firm or service based business with specific billing experience preferred.
    • Excellent written and verbal skills.
    • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
    • Proven results in a deadline driven environment.
