    Tully Rinckey PLLC is hiring Corporate Law Partners to join our Albany, NY office. The firm has eleven offices throughout the United States including offices in Washington DC, Texas, California, and multiple offices throughout New York State. Tully Rinckey also opened its first of seven planned international offices starting in Dublin, Ireland earlier this year. These office locations and skilled attorneys within the firm offer cross-selling opportunities and the ability to offer full-service legal representation to our clients. 


    Firm attorneys can also count on the support of a highly skilled team of business development, marketing, public relations and legal professionals with proven track records in the industry. This allows Tully Rinckey PLLC’s attorneys to focus squarely on the practice of law while a highly skilled management team navigates the challenges of the business side of the law on their behalf.  



    • M&A experience to include negotiating agreements and closing transactions
    • Successful background in assisting clients with business formations, securities, and financing
    • Exceptional communication skills and judgement when interacting with businesses and corporations
    • Seven (7) years of experience providing legal representation.
    • Portable book of business
