Tully Rinckey offers the ability for you to grow your practice and referral network through corporate partnership events. You will also receive the full support of an internal marketing department, who will work with you to develop your own legal presentations as well raise your local/national profile through articles and other publications.
We are seeking labor and employment law lawyers with all levels of experience representing federal employees.
Legal experience should include representing federal employee clients in employment-related claims. Successful candidates will have represented federal employees on EEO and MSPB matters representation at the agency, hearing and appellate levels, as well as successfully negotiating settlements. Additional areas of expertise to include mediation, disability retirement, VEOA, labor / union representation is beneficial to the position.
DC Bar admission is required.
