Our firm offers the ability to grow your practice and referral network through corporate partnership/community events and presentations. You will receive the support of an internal marketing department, who will work with you to develop your own legal presentations as well raise your local/national profile through articles and other publications.
We are seeking attorneys with 0-5 years of experience.
The ideal candidate will have experience or interest in representing clients before administrative agencies in employment-related claims and litigating on behalf of both management and employees. This attorney will represent clients in a variety of federal, state, and local employment matters including, but not limited to representing clients before Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the New York State Division of Human Rights. Experience in MSPB, FLSA, ADA, FMLA, ERISA and USERRA is preferred but not required.
