    Qualifications:

     

    Candidates should have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience providing legal representation in general, complex commercial and corporate disputes of all types. These matters may include but are not limited to Business Torts, Contract Disputes, Partnership issues and Deceptive Trade Practices.

     

    Integral to success in this role is the desire to procure, cultivate, and sustain his/her client base and be driven to grow their network through firm resources and individual business development. A portable book of business is required.
